SURVIVOR CHALLENGE

REGISTRATION OPEN JANUARY 21 - FEBRUARY 19

  • Program dates: February 12 – March 31
  • Cost: $25

Program Options:

  • Challenge: For those who would like a gradual approach to getting into a habit of a healthier lifestyle
  • Extreme: For those who would like an additional challenge, weekly point goal is doubled compared to Challenge


*ALL rules apply to both programs, the weekly point goal is the only difference.


Save the Date: Survivor Celebration:

April 5 from 4 - 6 PM; Happy Hour @ Hickory River BBQ, Champaign


Tracking Points:

  • 30 minutes = 1 point (no smaller increments)
  • Track points with a paper log in Wellness Center or outside the pools*(*Aqua participants only)
  • Points cannot be carried over, each week is a new week (Monday-Sunday)

Exercise:

  • ANY exercise COUNTS!
  • The goal is to get your body moving! Workouts can take place anywhere.

Weekly Goal and Incentives:

  • Must meet weekly goals to receive entries for prizes.
  • Complete your goal each week and be entered in for a gift card drawing. 1 winner from each challenge track each week.
  • IF the previous weeks challenge isn’t met, you are no longer eligible for the grand prize**, but will remain eligible for future weekly drawings as long as weekly challenge points are met. 
    • Weekly drawings will occur Wednesday of the following week.

**Eligibility status for the grand prize drawing is reinstated if you make a $5 donation to the YMCA Scholarship Fund.

  • 5 entries = T-shirt (ordered after challenge—participants will give sizes at registration)
  • 25+ entries = Chance for 1 month FREE membership
