Students will explore how global sounds come together through movement, clapping, and hands-on rhythm learning, all while enjoying a performance filled with excitement and joy.

- Recommended for grades 4-8
- Parent Attendance: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and each attendee (including adults) must purchase a ticket. Parents are welcome to attend regardless of their child’s age.
🕒 Arrival Instructions:
Please meet in the main lobby 15 minutes before the performance so our group can enter together. The venue will be busy, so plan to arrive at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking.
About Sunny Jain
Sunny Jain is a composer, drummer, and dhol player whose music celebrates the beauty of cultural connection. His band blends South Asian traditions with modern Western styles, creating a sound that’s as unique as it is inspiring.
Jain has performed with music legends like Mickey Hart (The Grateful Dead) and Zakir Hussain, appeared at the Monterey Jazz Festival and The Kennedy Center, and even delivered a fiery NPR Tiny Desk Concert in 2024.
