Survivor Challenge 2026
The Survivor Challenge is a member-exclusive fitness challenge designed to help you stay consistent, try new workouts, and keep your body moving, all while earning chances to win prizes. Whether you’re building a routine or ready to push a little further, there’s a track for you.
Challenge Dates: Feb 2 – Mar 29
Registration: Registration opens on Friday, January 9 and closes on Friday, January 23
Cost: $25 per member (includes Survivor t-shirt)
Step 1: Register: Choose the track that fits your goals

Challenge Track: 51 points total
A gradual, supportive option for building healthy habits. -
Extreme Track: 102 points total
For those looking for a bigger weekly challenge. Weekly point goals are doubled.
Step 2: Work Out: Move in ways that work for you. Every workout and every exercise counts.
15 minutes = 0.5 point and 30 minutes = 1 point
Multiple workouts per day are allowed
The goal is simple: keep your body moving consistently.
Step 3: Track Your Points: Track your progress each week using our in-house log system. Your selected log location will be your home base for the entire challenge.
