Group Fitness Fall Launch — in tandem with our Fall Family Festival!

Celebrate community, movement, and the season of change!
Join us on Saturday morning for a special Fall Fitness Launch, happening alongside our Fall Family Festival. It’s a perfect time to bring a friend, try something new, and enjoy the fun of fitness—together.

All group fitness classes this morning are free and open to the community, no membership required!
(Except our Ayurveda Yoga Workshop, which is a members-only experience with registration required.)
