Join Camille, our YMCA nutritionist, for an engaging one-hour workshop designed to help you train smarter and feel your best. Camille specializes in nutrition education, performance nutrition, and healthy lifestyle changes. She’ll walk you through how to properly fuel your body before, during, and after workouts, the role of hydration in performance and recovery, and how to spot the signs of training vs. overtraining.
