- 10-10:30AM: Disability Friendly Time
- 11AM-1PM: Community Event
- Starting at 11 AM: Free hot dog, chips, and a drink for the first 1,000 guests!*

*12:30PM: Lines close for Balloon Artist, Face Painting & Kona Ice
