Take your yoga off the mat and into your day. Join us for a special Ayurveda Yoga Workshop focused on balance, breath, and everyday well-being. Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, offers simple ways to align your lifestyle, movement, and mindset for greater harmony.
This workshop will provide Ayurveda wisdom to transition from winter to spring. Seasonal change is a critical period to care for our body and mind. We will learn how to shed the accumulation of winters, heaviness, sluggishness, and toxins, and welcome the renewal and cleansing growth of spring!
This workshop is recommended for all levels of yoga students who already have a regular practice and want to explore the deeper connection between yoga and daily living. No registration required.
