Our trained staff will lead classes designed to help the beginner runner start their training and will incrementally move toward completing a 5k.
Join us in a non intimidating environment and sample what the YMCA has to assist you in reaching your fitness goal. Regardless of your age or physical ability we can help you get started.

The Turkey to Tree program is designed to keep you active and accountable for those tough days between the holidays, when your fitness seems to take a backseat.

We will be hosting a Member Appreciation/Open House for our community and members.
The goal of Survivor: you have seven weeks to complete the distance by biking, swimming or running/walking, which is broken down into weekly goals.
