Adult Cross Training (ACT) Group Fitness

Do you do the same workouts day after day? If so, you need cross-training! Crosstraining involves combining exercises to work various parts of the body to eliminate imbalances that can arise when we focus on one particular activity. This class will help you improve overall performance by combining strength, power, endurance, and plyometric components.
