A Pilate’s mat workout incorporates the classic Pilates sequence providing the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits. Toning, flexibility, better posture, more efficient movement, and the body/ mind connection-just about every benefit your body needs. Strengthening and lengthening form of exercises will focus on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.
