Small Group TRX Training Healthy Living

Working in a small group and under the instruction of one of our Personal Trainers, participants will be using the performance training tool, TRX. TRX stands are for total resistance exercises and works by using your own body weight as the resistance. Resistance training helps weight loss: the muscles you build will burn more calories between workouts, and develops strength, balance, flexibility and
core stability simultaneously.
