Group Exercise Orientation for New members. Having trouble knowing where to get started with Group Exercise Classes? Sign up today to meet with our Group Exercise Coordinator Christina Frye to discuss your fitness goals, your availability to attend Y classes, and other activities you enjoy that Group Exercise may be beneficial for. Our orientation session is designed to get you started strong, get you on the right path to seeing results quickly, and keep you motivated throughout your Healthy Lifestyle. Orientation sessions will last up to 15 minutes and are completely free for New members.
